Just under 7 weeks away. In between this I've also got two grappling competitions. This is the plan for my weeks of training not including the actual fight week:

    Monday:

6:30 - Wake up, breakfast, then run 5 miles

11:30-12:30 - Muay Thai, followed by a little bit or work out

    6:15-9:15 - Wrestling, Kickboxing, BJJ

    Tuesday:

    6:30-7:30 - Muay Thai

12:00- 12:45- HIIT boxing bag work, sprints on treadmill

    18:15-20:15: BJJ and Muay Thai

    Wednesday:

Same as Monday, but no wrestling

    Thursday:
    Same as Tuesday

    Friday:

    6:30-7:30 Muay Thai

    12:00-12:45 HIIT boxing and sprints

    17:00-1900 - BJJ and nogi

    20:00- 21:30 Muay Thai

    Saturday:
    11:00-13:15 - BJJ and MMA

Not gonna lie, it's a lot. Probably going to have to ease off on some days. Worried about lack of sleep. Have a lot of protein options and meal preps.

My biggest fear in a fight is to gas. Not worried so much about not being the stronger fighter. Just as long as I have the better cardio.

I'll cut the running down after 4 weeks to 3 miles and up the intensity a bit. After the bjj comps are over I could stop doing BJJ for a while.I feel like I'm as prepared with a plan as I possibly can be. My weekly routine is fairly set so I should be able to make this happen.

    You made that look easy!

Were you deliberately concentrating on low attacks to draw his guard down? He dropped his hands a lot.

Unconsciously I think. The ref told me "I saw that coming, going low and then high". I was like "Yes.... I meant it".

Like, of course I meant it but it's not a thought process. It's just something I do and have always done because it works well.

Brilliant! I love the question mark kick, I've tagged many people with it, great seeing you pulling that off so elegantly :)

Every time i see your fights you show humility and respect. It's a credit to you and your skill

Cheers everyone. Yeah it was a tap but he dropped and stayed down for about 5 minutes. A fight kicked off as a result of this in the crowd right as the video cut out. I got paid and left out the back door entrance.

Question mark kick, like Saenchai, but poor.

All the times I've seen Saenchei do that kick it looks so effortless and fluid, and at the right part of the chin for maximum affect.
From your video i can draw a lot of parallels to that execution :)
